Formula

Total Minutes = Σ (Hours × 60 + Minutes)

Decimal Hours = Total Minutes ÷ 60

Decimal Days = Total Minutes ÷ 1,440

Example: (1h 30m) + (2h 45m) = 225 minutes → 3 hours 45 minutes → 3.75 hours → 0.1563 days.
