Formula
PPP Loan Amount = Average Monthly Payroll × 2.5
Maximum Loan = Min(Monthly Payroll × 2.5, $10,000,000)
Example Calculation:
If average monthly payroll $50,000:
• PPP loan amount = $50,000 × 2.5 = $125,000
• Minimum payroll requirement (60%): $125,000 × 60% = $75,000
• Use at least $75,000 for payroll to qualify for full forgiveness
